Where does your data come from?
We collect professional information from publicly available official registries maintained by professional chambers in Slovakia. This data is publicly accessible and published by these organizations.
This data is publicly available as part of the official registry requirements for legal professionals in Slovakia.
How do we use your data?
We use publicly available professional data to:
- • Help users find qualified legal professionals based on specialization and location
- • Display professional profiles with contact information from official registries
- • Enable professionals to claim and enhance their profiles with additional information
Data Synchronization & Retention
We synchronize data from the SAK registry daily. Between sync cycles, profile status may differ from the current state in the SAK registry.
- Active lawyersData is retained as long as the lawyer is registered in the SAK registry.
- Suspended lawyersContact details are hidden. The profile remains in the database until reactivation or removal.
- Removed lawyersContact fields (email, phone, address) are deleted within 30 days. Name and removal date are retained for 12 months, after which full anonymization occurs.
Processing of data from the public SAK registry is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The legitimate interest assessment is available upon request.
Your GDPR Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
