Does Lexomat have access to all files in my Google Drive?

No. We use the "only-files-you-pick" mode (the `drive.file` scope) — Lexomat sees only the files you explicitly select via the official Google Picker when importing. It has no visibility into the rest of your Drive — no reading, no searching, no folder listing.

Can Lexomat edit or delete files in my Drive?

Not today. The current integration is read-only — we download the content of files you pick for analysis, but we don't modify or delete anything in your Drive. Editing, renaming, or moving files directly in Drive is on the roadmap; we'll add it when it unlocks a concrete workflow (for example, exporting analyzed documents back into your folder structure).

What happens when I disconnect Google Drive?

Lexomat immediately loses access to your Drive files. Documents you've already imported stay in Lexomat's storage and keep working — disconnecting doesn't affect in-progress research or your history. If you want the imported copies removed too, do that separately from the Storage page. You can reconnect Drive anytime without losing data.

Is the Google Drive integration included in all plans?

Yes — connecting Google Drive and importing via the Google Picker are available on every plan, including the free trial. The number of documents you can analyze and store at once is governed by your plan's limits (see pricing).

What are Cases (Spisy) and who are they for?

Accepted Answer

Cases (in Slovak, Spisy) are a workspace for advocates. You organise your work as Client → Case → Files: create a Client, open a Case for them, and attach that Case's documents. You can then chat with the AI directly over a single Case's files. Cases are an advocate-only feature — they are not part of the consumer experience.

Files you attach to a Case are indexed privately so the AI can search and answer over them for you. They are not used to train models and are not shared with other users. Lexomat is a tool you operate under your own professional duty of confidentiality (advokátske tajomstvo); you remain the controller of the documents you upload.
